Refund policy

Returns

We do not accept returns on food products. This is for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email team@creatime.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo and we will be sure to make it right.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, email milo@creatime.com.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

However, please note that this right does not apply to:

• Perishable or food goods — including protein bars and food supplements, which by their nature cannot be returned once delivered.

If your order contains non-food items (such as merchandise or accessories), you may cancel and return those items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at team@creatime.com before returning any items.

Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method.
