Returns
We do not accept returns on food products. This is for safety and hygiene reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email team@creatime.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo and we will be sure to make it right.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, email milo@creatime.com.
