Welcome to Creatime. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Access and Accounts

To place an order or use our Services, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, billing details and shipping information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for any activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account has been misused.

2. Our Products

We sell food products made for human consumption. We make every effort to ensure descriptions, images and product information are accurate. However, appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Our bars contain active ingredients including creatine and sweeteners. Always read the label and consult a medical professional if you have health concerns.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

You agree that all purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

4. Pricing and Billing

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout. We may change prices or promotions at any time without notice.

You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment details. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, the risk of loss passes to you. Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order.

6. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns on food products for safety and hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at team@creatime.com within 7 days. Include your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Subscriptions and Pre-orders

If you sign up for a subscription, you’ll be charged automatically based on the frequency you select. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account or confirmation email.

To cancel or skip an upcoming order, do so at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Once processed, orders cannot be changed or refunded.

Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships. Once shipped, the order is final.

8. Product Safety and Liability

All Creatime bars are made in a facility that handles nuts and other allergens. Each product includes a full ingredient list and warning label. It is your responsibility to read this information before consuming the product.

We are not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse health effects unless caused by proven negligence. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

If you have any underlying health conditions or are pregnant, consult your doctor before using products containing creatine or sweeteners.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, branding, logos, product names, and packaging design is owned by Creatime or our partners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without written permission.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may use third-party services (like Shopify or analytics tools) to provide our website and store. Some links may take you to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use third-party tools or websites at your own risk.

11. Shopify Relationship

Our website is hosted and powered by Shopify. However, all transactions and customer relationships are between you and Creatime. Shopify is not responsible for any part of our products or services.

12. Feedback and Reviews

If you submit a review or send us feedback, you give us the right to use, share or publish it without needing further permission. We may edit or remove reviews that are offensive, misleading, or violate these Terms.

13. Errors and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability, even after an order has been submitted. If this affects your order, we will contact you.

14. Prohibited Use

You may not use our site or services for unlawful purposes, to abuse others, transmit harmful content, or disrupt the website. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your access to the site or your account at any time if we believe you’ve violated these Terms. You remain responsible for any charges or obligations incurred up to the date of termination.

16. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for purpose.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creatime is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creatime and its directors, employees, and partners from any claims or demands arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update this page and notify you where required by law. Your continued use of our Services after any changes means you accept the new Terms.
