Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

You can expect your delivery to arrive within 1–3 business days with express or 2-4 days with standard, depending on your location and the courier’s network.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, strikes, weather).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, these will be clearly stated on our website.

Delivery Issues

Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the courier. If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly in the first instance. If they are unable to help, email us at team@creatime.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something’s missing, contact us at team@creatime.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo. We’ll make it right. Please see our Refunds and Returns Policy for further details.
